Parent Permission Form for Virtual LDI 2020 This form takes the place of the usual Code of Conduct form for Virtual LDI 2020.

CA FBLA Chapter Affiliation Application Form 2020-2021
Chapters must be approved for affiliation with CA FBLA prior to entering names in the national membership database for current year memberships.
Additionally, names must first be entered into the national membership database in order for names to be selectable in Blue Panda for registration for this conference.

Use this link to request a Chapter Organization Packet (brand new chapters only) or to register members and update adviser information for the current membership year. Names must be in the national database in order for them to appear in Blue Panda for registration for this conference. Doing so, obligates the chapter for dues payment, but payment for dues does not need to be received until registration for spring conferences begins in December.
