Officer Adviser Training Day

  • What is OAT Day?
Each California FBLA Section plans an OAT Day to take place sometime between late August and early October.  Middle and high school chapters send members and advisers to their section's OAT Day in order for them to receive training and materials from the state for the activities planned statewide for the upcoming year.

    Happy Tuesday Advisers!

Attached is the 2020 Virtual OAT Day information!  The conference is set to be hosted on Zoom across two days – Saturday, Sept. 26 and Sunday, Sept. 27, 9:30am-11:30am.  It is a FREE conference, but registration is required.  To register your students, please use this form.  Log-in information will be directly sent to all attendees who are registered.  Only registered attendees will be admitted into the conference.  We will hold the Northern Advisers Meeting separately on Tuesday, September 22, 4pm-6pm.

Each student attendee is required to submit a signed and completed Parent Permission Form for this event.  I am asking that student officers email them to you as their advisers and you send one email with all forms together to me by September 21.  This will make it easier to ensure all attendees forms are accounted for and submitted.  Students will not receive the login information or be allowed into the conference without a completed form.  Please ensure this is completed by the deadline.

ALL chapters who are attending must complete their CA FBLA AFFILIATION AGREEMENT (found at: ASAP to ensure your chapter is eligible to attend.  This form needs to be completed every year by all chapters within CA FBLA.

Questions?  Please ask!  We want to help ensure you are up and running for the start of the year.
