Once again chapters are invited to participate in a national campaign to raise funds for the March of Dimes. The project will culminate at the 2006 National Leadership Conference next June in Nashville, Tennessee, at the Opryland Resort. Start planning your activities using these useful forms as documents, including the famous sponsorshipo "foot," which this year is a boot!

The Professional Division has supplied us with a very useful recruitment kit. It includes sample letters, ideas for activities for recruitment, and ideas for activities to incorporate professional members into the life of the chapter. Check it out:

chapters--nominate an outstanding member each month for state recognition!
Each month, a chapter has the opportunity to recognize one of its outstanding members as a part of the California FBLA Member-of-the-Month recognition program. By the 10th of the month (the 20th of September for the summer months' report), just email the State President, Meicheng Shi, the following information: the name of the outstanding member, the month of recognition, the school name, the adviser's name, and the complete school mailing address.
